COVID Rules

Participants will need to stay home if they or any of their household members suffers from any Covid-19 symptoms 24 hours before the booked activity:

• a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

A full refund will be made for the booked activity.

Participants will be sent home should any of the above symptoms start during the activity. Children are expected to be picked up by their parents or guardians should this be required.

Booked activities will be cancelled and fully refunded should the activity leader develop any Covid symptoms or be tested positive.

Safety Rules

• Participants need to wash hands with hand sanitizer / soap before and after each session (Washing facility available for clubs taking place in the backyard)

• Participants or their parents must inform MellowJourneys via info@mellowjourneys.com or 07530202919 should they receive a positive Covid-19 test result within 10 days of the activity)

MellowJourneys cannot be held accountable for the non-compliance of other participants and its possible consequences.
